Cartan $F(R)$-gravity is $F(R)$-modified gravity reformulated by Cartan formalism. In this presentation, we discuss nonlinear analysis and present some recent results on predictions, fluctuations in the cosmological microwave background radiation and reheating process in Cartan $F(R)$-gravity.
